Belly Fat is a result of your own mistake

The biggest problem that even young people in Sri Lanka have today is the protruding abdomen. You have seen that boys and girls in Sri Lanka today have this stomach problem as early as the age of 16. Why do you get bloated at such a young age? It is your own fault that you fall into this ugly situation. No matter how beautiful your face is, it does not matter if you are obese or have flat stomach tires. Not only beautiful but also protruding abdomen can endanger your health.

Diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, bone problems, hormonal problems are some of the health risks that can be caused by constipation. So would you like to face these health issues?

Why does the abdomen protrude like this?

There are a number of other reasons for this. Let’s understand one by one!

1) Foods that you eat
Today in Sri Lanka we are too busy to make a well balanced meal at home. They give short meals to buy from the toddler. The high fat content of these foods makes your body look ugly. Just filling your stomach will not get you any benefits from these foods. As a woman, you may be more affected by these issues. Estrogen, the main hormone in a woman’s body, produces and stores more fat. Avoid pizza, snacks, processed meats, burgers, and other oily foods.

2) Liquor
Men in Sri Lanka are now accustomed to drinking a lot of beer. We call this “beer beer”. Alcohol reduces the risk of burns. As a result, undigested fat is stored in your body. Most of this fat is stored in the abdomen. So if you are an alcoholic, your stomach will increase day by day.

3) Stress
You may never have thought about this reason. Yes, stress can also make your stomach grow. How can that be? Did you know that people who suffer from depression tend to overeat? Also, stress disrupts the body’s metabolism. The result is more body fat.

4) High Sugar foods & drinks
Are you a regular soft drinker? Anyone addicted to sugar? So it is not surprising that you have a stomach ache. Many of these sugary foods and drinks contain sucrose. The amount of sugar that you get into your body is stored in the body as fat. If you do not exercise, this condition doubles. So sugar control is what you need to do.

5) Eating low protein foods
More than 90% of our Sri Lankans suffer from protein deficiency. The reason for this is the wrong diet in Sri Lanka. Price and money issues also affect this. In Sri Lanka we put a spoonful of vegetables in a bowl of rice and eat it with a piece of small fish or a piece of dried fish. So no protein. The body receives more carbohydrates than it needs. These carbohydrates are converted into sugars and then stored in the fatty abdomen.

6) Less exercises
This is the main reason for the hunger of the youth in Sri Lanka. How many girls in Sri Lanka go to the gym today? Boys go to the gym more often. Girls are the ones who hang tires on their stomachs without thinking about their bodies. They only think about the face. Wear jeans that are too tight for makeup to hide the belly and other hanging areas. Many actresses in Sri Lanka are like that.

You do not have to go to the gym to exercise your stomach. How Much Exercise Can You Do At Home? But nothing can be done. Because the crowd is not too busy or lazy. Sri Lankan women grow up after having a child. Then you don’t even think about your body shape or your belly tires. “I do not have time to do that now,” they say. So the husband gets a little bored with his wife.

Exercise a little without being lazy. If you want, you can make time for it somehow. So your laziness is the cause of your bloating problems.
