The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) has announced a two hour and 15 minute power cut in all five zones, including the four days from the 13th and 15th to the 18th of this month, due to a lack of fuel and water for power generation.
The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) said that the power supply will be cut from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm in 20 zones from ‘A’ to ‘W’ during the five days.
The Ceylon Electricity Board further states that on the 14th and 19th of this month all zones will be without electricity for only one hour daily from 5.30 pm to 10.00 pm.
