Today there is a mass protest to stop all vehicles on the roads across the country
It is reported on social media that a mass protest is to be held today (29) across the country using their vehicles to protest against those responsible for the escalating fuel crisis.
Accordingly, it is reported that the protest will be held today from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm by stopping all private vehicles on the roads.
The US Embassy in Sri Lanka has issued an advance notice to Sri Lankan citizens staying in Sri Lanka, stating that the protest could cause traffic congestion throughout the country.
