17 Ukrainians were dead
17 Ukrainian civilians were killed in missile attacks by Russian forces on the city of Zaporizhia in southern Ukraine. Ukrainian media reports that there are two small children among them.
According to Ukrainian forces, the number of missile attacks by Russian forces was 17. Missiles were fired at the city center. Most of the city of Zaporizhia is currently under the control of Russian forces. Ukrainian forces have begun operations to retake the city.
