Husband of a teacher died of a heart attack

The husband of Irma Garcia, a teacher who died in a shooting at an elementary school in the state of Texas, has died of a heart attack, reports say. Family members say Joe Garcia, who fell ill the day after his wife’s death, was devastated by his wife’s death. The Garcia couple have been living together for 24 years and are the parents of four children. Irma, who has served at Texas Elementary School for 23 years, was shot dead by gunmen while trying to save the lives of children in her classroom, her relatives wrote on social media.
