If she becomes the prime minister, she will continue to support Ukraine
British Foreign Minister Liz Truss says that Ukraine is Britain’s closest friend and will continue to support Ukraine if she becomes Prime Minister.
Liz Truss and former Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak are vying for the party leadership after Boris Johnson’s resignation. The Prime Minister is the leader of the ruling party in Britain. The current ruling party is the ‘Conservative’ party.
Liz Truss has emphasized that if she becomes British Prime Minister, the first thing she will do is to call Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and continue to support Ukraine facing the Russian invasion.
