Switzerland runs the longest passenger train in the world
A Swiss railway company claimed the record for the world’s longest passenger train last Saturday. The world’s longest passenger train runs on a scenic route through the Alps.
Reusion Railway Company has run this train. There were 100 carriages in this train and it is 1.9 km long. The train has run through the Alps, which has 22 tunnels and 48 bridges that have been designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2008. A fallen railway line.
