The former prime minister who was shot is dead
Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was shot dead. The former Prime Minister was assassinated while addressing the people in a public rally in Naga city.
It is said that the shooter was a 41-year-old Japanese man who was among the crowd, and the security forces quickly arrested him. The arrested youth said that he shot the former Prime Minister as a protest against his actions.
The people who came to give him first aid said that the bullet hit the Abbot’s chest and his heart had stopped as he fell unconscious. By the time medical helpers arrived and admitted the former prime minister, he was already dead.
The longest-serving Prime Minister of Japan is 67-year-old Shinzo Abe. Abe, who held the position of Prime Minister from 2012 to September 2020, resigned from the post of Prime Minister, saying that he was unable to provide maximum service to the people due to his poor health.
