The South Korean President’s proposal is rejected
South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has said that if North Korea gives up its nuclear weapons, it is willing to provide financial support to strengthen the country’s economy.
Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, has decided to reject this proposal made by the leader of South Korea. The second most powerful person in North Korea is Kim Yo Jong. She has also taken over after leader Kim Jong-un.
